ABS TWIN
The studio system

The front desk is the part you see. This runs the rest.

ABS Twin is a complete SaaS platform — your studio's operational system and CRM in one, fully on the cloud. One calendar, one client record, one catalogue, for the assistant and for your whole team. Here's what it covers.

What’s inside

Bookings

Every appointment the assistant takes, and every one reception adds, in one calendar — by branch, by staff member, by day. Reschedules and cancellations flow through it; your cancellation policy is honoured automatically.

Clients

Each guest with her history: visits, preferences, favourite therapist, notes, packages. Segments so you can see regulars, new guests and the ones going quiet. The assistant's memory and yours are the same record.

Services & pricing

Your catalogue — services, durations, prices, categories, offers. It's what the assistant quotes from, so it can never say a price you didn't set.

Team & schedules

Staff, their working hours and shifts, who's qualified for what, leave, and licence-expiry tracking — so availability the assistant offers is availability that's real.

Stock

Inventory with low-stock flags, so the product a treatment needs is there on the day.

Branches

Multi-branch studios run from one place: each branch its own hours, closures and holidays, staff and calendar.

Reports

Revenue, bookings, branch comparison — and attribution: how much of it the assistant brought in. Exportable.

The assistant's settings

Its name and personality, the questions it answers for your studio, the discount limits it may offer. Yours to change at any time.

Reception console

For the floor: today's board, who's arriving, check-in, package redemption, and the day's close-out. Built for a tablet at the desk.

Subscription

Your plan and invoices, self-service.

Why one system, not two

Most studios end up with a booking app, a WhatsApp they answer by hand, a spreadsheet for stock and a notebook for who likes what. The assistant can only be as good as the calendar it books into and the catalogue it quotes from — so ABS Twin makes those the same calendar and catalogue your team uses. There is nothing to keep in sync, and no moment where the guest was told one thing and the desk sees another.

Three consoles. One brain.

ABS Twin is a multi-tier system — three purpose-built consoles plus a staff app, each for its own role, every one working on the same live data:

  • The owner cockpit — everything, everywhere: bookings, clients, services, staff, stock, branches, reports, the assistant’s settings, your subscription.
  • The manager console — a branch manager’s own command deck: their floor, their close-outs, their staff, their numbers.
  • The reception console — built for a tablet at the desk: today’s board, check-ins, package redemptions, the day’s close-out.
  • The staff app — each team member’s own schedule and day, on their own phone.

Everyone sees exactly what their role needs — and nothing it doesn’t.

No IT person. No manual.

You do not need a technical person to run ABS Twin — not to set it up, not to operate it. We do the setup with you: your services, staff, prices and rules are loaded during onboarding, and from then on the consoles are designed so that anyone at the studio can use them with no previous software experience. If your receptionist can use WhatsApp, they can run the desk on ABS Twin.

Your data lives in the cloud — not under the front desk

  • Nothing is stored on your devices. A crashed laptop, a dropped tablet or a stolen phone at the studio takes none of your records with it — your bookings, clients and history live safely in the cloud, and you sign back in from any device.
  • Accessible anywhere, by the right people only. Every sign-in is authenticated, every role sees only its own console, and every studio’s data is kept strictly separate from every other studio’s — enforced in the system itself, not by policy.
  • Security engineered in, honestly described. Encrypted connections, authenticated access, role-based permissions, and every owner action logged. We publish exactly how it works — and what we don’t claim — on the security page, and our service commitments in writing in the Support & Service Levels policy.

It doesn’t just record your studio. It thinks about it.

This is where ABS Twin stops resembling ordinary studio software:

  • Fully automated follow-through. Confirmations, reminders before every visit, aftercare messages built from your own care instructions, and a feedback ask the next day — nobody at the desk sends anything by hand, and nothing gets forgotten.
  • A feedback flow that protects your reputation. After every completed visit the assistant privately asks the guest how it went — a simple 1–5 reply on WhatsApp. A low score, or an unhappy guest detected mid-conversation, is escalated to you privately with the context — so you get the chance to put it right before it ever becomes a public rating.
  • It remembers the difficult ones too. Every guest’s history and notes stay on their record — so the team walks in prepared, every time, and nobody relearns the same lesson twice.
  • Staff performance, measured where it happens. Daily close-outs, per-staff performance views, branch comparisons and a full report card per team member — who delivered what, revenue per staff member, and how each branch is really doing.

Questions owners ask

Is this a separate product from the AI receptionist?

No — it's one system. The assistant books into the same calendar reception uses, remembers the same client record you see, and quotes from the same catalogue you maintain. That's the point: nothing to sync, nothing to copy across.

Can I keep my current booking software and just use the assistant?

You can run ABS Twin alongside what you use today while you try it — nothing has to be switched off. Most studios find the value is in having one system rather than two, but that's your call and your pace.

Who in the studio uses which part?

Owners use the cockpit — everything above. Reception uses the floor console. Managers, where a studio has them, see their branch. Each role sees what it needs and nothing it doesn't.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your clients, bookings and reports are yours; export is available. Your studio's data is never used to sell to another studio.

Does it work on an iPad?

Yes — the owner cockpit is designed tablet-first for in-studio use, and works on desktop and phone. Reception's console is built for a tablet at the desk.

Do I need a technical person to run it?

No. We do the setup with you during onboarding — services, staff, prices, rules — and the consoles are designed for people with no software background. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use ABS Twin.

What happens if a computer or tablet at the studio crashes?

Nothing is lost. Your data doesn't live on your devices — it lives in the cloud. Sign in from any other device, with your own login, and everything is exactly where you left it.

Is my studio's data secure?

Every sign-in is authenticated, every role sees only its own console, every studio's data is kept strictly separate from every other studio's, and every owner action is logged. We publish our full security posture — including what we don't claim — on the security page.

Can it help my ratings?

Honestly, and every day: after every visit the assistant privately asks the guest how it went — a simple 1–5 reply on WhatsApp. A low score, or an unhappy guest detected mid-conversation, is escalated to you privately with the context, so you can put it right before it ever becomes a public rating. Difficult situations are also remembered on the guest's record, so your team is prepared next time.

Does it manage my staff too?

Yes — schedules, shifts and leave, daily close-outs, per-staff performance and revenue views, branch comparisons, and a report card per team member.
