• Book something. Ask for a treatment this week. It offers real slots from a real calendar and confirms one.
• Change your mind halfway. Say "actually, make it Saturday" — or cancel. Watch how it responds.
• Switch to Arabic. Mid-sentence is fine. It follows you. (Hindi, Urdu, Russian and Tagalog too.)
• Send a voice note. On WhatsApp, don't type — talk. It understands voice notes and answers like you'd texted.
• Ask something awkward. "Do you do the, uh, laser thing for underarms?" — half-sentences are what real guests send.
• Ask for a discount. It only offers what the studio allows — watch it negotiate without inventing anything.
• Ask if it's a person. It tells you it's an AI. Every time. That's deliberate.
