One day at a studio, from the outside.
The clearest way to explain ABS Twin is to follow one guest through one day — and notice how little the studio has to do. Here's what she sees, what reception sees, and the one moment it reaches for you.
A day, in six moments
11:47 PM — the first message
The guest: “hi do u have anything tmrw evening? full highlights” — sent from bed, to your studio's usual WhatsApp number.
The studio: Nobody is there. The assistant answers in seconds, in the guest's language, with real evening slots from tomorrow's calendar.
11:49 PM — the booking
The guest: She picks 6:30, gives her name, and gets a confirmation card: time, service, address, parking, how to arrive.
The studio: The booking is in the calendar. No one approved it; no one needed to.
The day before, and two hours before
The guest: A reminder the day before, and a short “see you soon — here's parking” two hours out.
The studio: Fewer no-shows, and nobody on the desk spent the morning sending reminders.
The visit
The guest: She's expected. The assistant already knew her name, her last visit, her favourite therapist — so did reception.
The studio: Reception sees her on the day board with everything they need. The conversation is history the studio keeps.
A few hours after
The guest: A short aftercare message, and the next day a one-line ‘how was it?’
The studio: Happy guests leave feedback while it's fresh. Unhappy ones are escalated to you immediately — with context — instead of being argued with.
Weeks later, when she's gone quiet
The guest: A friendly message, at the right moment: her usual is available, shall we hold a slot?
The studio: A regular who would have drifted away is back on the calendar. You did nothing.
The one time it reaches for you
If a guest is unhappy — a complaint, a tone that’s turned — the assistant doesn’t argue and doesn’t try to resolve it alone. It calms the conversation, logs it, and escalates to you immediately with the context. That is the one moment in the day that needs an owner, and it’s the one moment you hear about.
Going live
- Say hello. One WhatsApp message; we set up your services, staff and rules with you.
- Connect. Your WhatsApp number and phone line plug in. Nothing changes for your clients — except everything.
- Autopilot. It starts answering, booking, remembering and following up. You watch it happen from one screen.
Days, not months. Nothing you use today has to be switched off to try it.

Questions owners ask
Does anyone at the studio have to approve replies?
No. There is no queue to approve and no dashboard anyone has to babysit. Bookings simply appear in the calendar. You're reached only when something genuinely needs an owner.
What does the guest see?
A normal WhatsApp (or Instagram, or phone) conversation with your studio's named assistant — who introduces itself as an AI, answers properly, and books. Then a confirmation, reminders before the visit, an aftercare message after it, and a short feedback ask the next day.
What does reception see?
Today's bookings on the day board, who's arriving and when, and the close-out at the end of the day. The conversations that produced those bookings happened without them.
What do I see as the owner?
Everything in one place: bookings, clients and their history, services and prices, staff and schedules, stock, branches, and reports — including how much revenue the assistant brought in. Every change is logged.
What if two guests message at the same time, or one guest sends five messages in a row?
It copes with both. Each guest gets a coherent conversation; a guest who double-texts mid-reply isn't answered twice or ignored.
What if the guest goes quiet and never books?
Nothing is lost. When a regular hasn't been back for a while, the assistant quietly reaches out at the right moment — before she's someone else's regular.
Can I change how it talks, or what it offers?
Yes. Its name, personality, the questions it answers, and the discount limits it's allowed to offer are all yours to set — and you can change them at any time.
