Your studio is walled off
Every read and write in ABS Twin is scoped to your studio at the data layer — not filtered in the interface, enforced underneath it. One studio cannot see, query or be shown another studio’s clients, bookings or conversations.
Where data lives
Conversation history and scheduling run on infrastructure in the EU (Ireland, eu-west-1). Website analytics are EU-hosted and anonymous. We publish a full list of sub-processors in the Privacy Policy, including the AI providers that generate the assistant’s replies.
The AI is transparent
The assistant introduces itself as an AI. It answers only from your studio’s own services, prices and calendar; it can offer only the discounts you allow; and when a guest is unhappy it escalates to you rather than arguing.
What we will never do
- Use your studio’s data to market or sell to another studio.
- Send your clients’ personal data to our website analytics.
- Sell, share or trade client lists. They are yours.
- Claim a certification we do not hold.
This website
abstwin.com is a fully static site with no login, no forms and no server-side data access — there is nothing here to attack. It sets no cookies. Strict transport security, content-type and framing protections are enforced on every response.
