- Onboarding is a one-time AED 1,499 on monthly plans — WhatsApp and phone setup, data import, assistant personality and guest-memory seeding, staff training. Waived on annual plans.
- Console seats count reception and manager logins — the owner's own login is never counted. The staff app is per-employee self-service and included on every plan.
- Reminders, confirmations, aftercare and feedback messages are utility messages — unlimited, and never counted against a marketing bundle.
- Bundles reset monthly; unused volume does not roll over.
- Your guests and your data belong to your studio — export on request, and every studio's data is kept strictly separate.
- Cancel any monthly plan with 30 days' notice. No lock-in below Diamond.

We set your studio up with you: WhatsApp and phone connection, importing your services, staff and clients, the assistant's name and personality, and a training session for your team. One-time AED 1,499 on monthly plans; free on annual.
Can I cancel?
Any monthly plan, with 30 days' notice. There's no lock-in below Diamond.
