ABS TWIN
For salons & spas

Every chair full. Every message answered. At the same time.

Busy is exactly when a salon misses the most — the phone rings while every hand is in someone's hair, and the WhatsApp stacks up until closing. This is the front desk that doesn't have hands full.

The salon day, fixed

  • The 11pm message becomes a booking. Your guests decide in bed, scrolling. It answers in seconds with real slots and confirms — so she wakes up booked with you, not with whoever answered.
  • “Is Sara free Thursday?” gets a real answer. It knows who’s working, who’s qualified for what, and who’s already booked — and offers what’s actually available.
  • Reminders go out without anyone sending them. The day before, two hours before, aftercare after, a feedback ask the next day. Fewer no-shows; nobody’s morning spent on it.
  • Regulars who go quiet get a quiet word. At the right moment, before she’s someone else’s regular — her usual is available, shall we hold it?
  • The desk stops being the bottleneck. Reception works the floor with the day board in front of her; the conversations already happened.

What stays yours

Your number. Your clients. Your prices. Your discounts — it can only offer what you’ve allowed. And your revenue: a flat monthly subscription, no commission on a single booking.

Hear it with a salon’s questions

Call +971 4 329 4347 and ask what a guest would: a balayage this week, with a specific stylist, then change your mind. The assistant answers.

Questions owners ask

My clients message on WhatsApp at all hours. Does it answer all of them?

Yes — every message, in seconds, at any hour, on your existing number. That's the whole point: the 11pm message becomes a booking, not a missed one.

Can it book with a specific stylist?

Yes. Guests can ask for their usual; it checks that person's real availability and books them — or offers the next best slot if she's full.

What about packages and a guest booking two services at once?

It handles several services and several guests in one conversation, and reception redeems packages at the desk from the same record.

Will it upsell?

Tastefully, and only what you've set: the add-on at the right moment, the offer you've allowed. It never invents a discount.

My guests are a mix of Arabic, English, Hindi and Russian speakers.

It detects each guest's language and answers in it, natively. A guest can switch mid-conversation and it follows.

What does my receptionist do then?

The floor. Greeting, check-in, the desk, the day's close-out — with the day board in front of her and the conversations already handled. Fewer interruptions, not fewer people.
