ABS TWIN
For clinics & medi-spas

Books the consultation. Knows when to hand over.

A clinic's front desk needs two things an ordinary bot can't do: book precisely against real practitioner availability, and know exactly where its job stops. Here is what ABS Twin does for a clinic — and, just as importantly, what it doesn't.

What it does for a clinic

  • Answers and books, 24/7 — consultations and treatments, on your WhatsApp and phone, against each practitioner’s real availability and the durations you’ve set.
  • Quotes only your catalogue. Services, prices, durations, who performs what. If it isn’t in your catalogue, it doesn’t say it.
  • Sends the follow-ups — confirmation, reminders before, aftercare after, a feedback ask the next day.
  • Tracks staff licence expiry so renewals don’t surprise you.
  • Escalates the moment it should — a worried guest, a complaint, anything that sounds clinical goes to a person immediately, with the context.
  • Tells every guest it’s an AI. Always.

What it deliberately does not do

  • It gives no medical advice and makes no treatment recommendations.
  • It is not a compliance, consent or medical-records system, and we don’t describe it as one.
  • It doesn’t reassure a worried guest on your behalf — it brings the guest to you.

We’d rather a clinic find us modest than find us wrong. Everything above is true of the product today; what it grows into, we’ll say when it does.

Questions owners ask

Can it book a consultation as well as a treatment?

Yes — any service in your catalogue, against the practitioner's real availability, with the duration you've set for it.

Will it give medical advice or tell a guest what treatment they need?

No. It answers from your catalogue — what you offer, how long it takes, what it costs, who performs it — and books. Anything that sounds like a clinical question or a concern is handed to a person at the clinic.

What happens if a guest is unhappy or worried after a treatment?

It doesn't argue or reassure on your behalf. It calms the conversation, logs it, and escalates to you immediately with the context, so a clinician can follow up.

Does it keep track of practitioner licences?

It tracks licence-expiry dates for your staff so you see renewals coming. It is not a compliance system and doesn't claim to be one.

Is client data handled carefully?

Each clinic's data is isolated at the data layer; conversation data is hosted in the EU; your clinic's data is never used to sell to another business; and every change in the system is logged. The full picture is on our Security page.

Can it say it's a person?

No — it introduces itself as your clinic's AI assistant, always. For a clinic especially, that's the only acceptable posture.
